I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is stunning, situated among beautiful geological formations, and the unique Moroccan atmosphere adds charm, I faced significant issues with the room and amenities. The shower was broken, and the mattress felt like sleeping on a rock, making it hard to rest comfortably. Considering what we paid for our tour, I expected a better experience overall.
